Product information

Every water cooling system requires hoses or hard tubes to connect the individual components such as radiators, coolers and expansion tanks. Until now, PVC hoses were generally used in water cooling systems. The Alphacool AlphaTube TPV now brings a new material from the Alphacool Enterprise Solutions series into play. TPV or EPDM rubber is the preferred material in industry.

What is the advantage of TPV?
Compared to PVC hoses, the AlphaTube TPV hoses offer various advantages for water cooling. It is significantly more resistant to acids and bases. It is also much more temperature-resistant than a PVC hose. The Alphacool AlphaTube can withstand temperatures of up to 155°C. While PVC hoses warp at higher water temperatures, especially in places with tighter bending radii, the TPV hose retains its shape. The risk of the hose warping to the point where the water flow is impeded is therefore eliminated.

How easy is the AlphaTube to install?
The Alphacool AlphaTube TPV hose is easy and simple to install like any other PVC hose. It is basically a little harder, but only slightly. Installing the TPV hoses is just as simple as you would expect from PVC hoses.

What is special about a TPV hose?
The Alphacool AlphaTube TPV is characterized by its high resistance to acids, bases and external influences. In addition, the hose is exceptionally long-lasting, far exceeding PVC hoses. The matt black hose also offers a subtle velvet look. An eye-catcher in every water-cooled PC.

Note on application
Please use only in conjunction with clear transparent water cooling fluids. The particles and additives in Pastel liquids can clog and permanently damage water cooling products such as radiators, pumps, coolers and hoses. This can result in voiding the manufacturer's warranty as well.
