The Alphacool Eiskoffer is probably the most comprehensive collection of tools for bending HardTubes with a diameter of 13 or 16 mm into almost any shape. All tools have a separate place in the large, elegant and sturdy case. This means that all parts are clearly sorted and stored neatly.

With the rubberized gloves you have everything under control and are protected against splinters and dirt. The deburrer is ideal for deburring the HardTubes. This is a must so that they can be properly inserted into the corresponding connections. A long and sturdy saw and a cutting gauge are used to simplify cutting the HardTubes. The cutting gauge can be attached to the edge of a table with special screw clamps provided. The inside of the cutting gauge is rubberized to prevent scratches and the HardTubes from slipping. With the extensive measuring tools, not only the lengths but also two or more angles can be measured at the same time. This makes planning and executing various bends much easier. In order to actually bend the desired shape perfectly, a wide range of bending radii and angles can be set up on the bending plate. The basis here is provided by two bending applicators and circular arc applicators of different sizes. This allows all classic bending radii to be carried out. The fitting stops can also be used to simulate the depth of an Alphacool fitting. This means that an exact measurement and a perfect bend are always guaranteed when using Alphacool products. Alternatively, the feeders with pin stops can be used if other products are required.

There is an area on the bending plate where specially created or very special bending shapes can be realized. The case also contains special flexible bending attachments that can be positioned almost freely. Do you need a 30° angle followed by a 2cm long straight line and another 20° angle? No problem, with these bending attachments almost anything is possible. The whole thing is enhanced by a real highlight. Instead of just bending on a 2D surface, Alphacool supplies flexible 45° and 90° bending attachments in this case. This allows you to create an angle from the surface upwards. The flexible angles can also be tilted. This means that the angle is not fixed to only be able to bend vertically upwards, but can also be rotated horizontally by up to 180°. A corresponding angle indicator helps to set the desired angle. To complete the set, silicone inserts for HardTubes with 13 and 16mm diameter are of course included.
