The Alphacool pull saw for acrylic/PETG pipes is not an ordinary saw like the ones you find in hardware stores. The very special saw blade with fine teeth makes this saw especially suitable for acrylic/PETG pipes.

This saw blade counteracts the traditional problem. When you first start cutting into the pipe, the teeth cut into the acrylic so cleanly that it no longer slides back and forth. The fine teeth also prevent the pipe from tearing or breaking during the last strokes.
How well do you know this: You want to make a straight cut with the saw, but the thin saw blade makes it more and more slanted with each stroke?! This is a no-go. Because this saw blade is just thick enough not to get into an angle but still thin enough to get a precise cut.

With the Alphacool pull saw you can saw cleanly and neatly right up to the last move.
