With the Alphacool HardTube Bending Kit Basic you get all the products you need to trim, deburr and bend your PETG tubes. The set is designed for hard tubes with 10 and 13 mm inner diameter.

Deburring made easy
Anyone who works with HardTubes knows that they have to deburr all ends of the tubes. The classic deburrer from Alphacool offers the possibility of deburring HardTubes inside and out. The external deburring is extremely important so that the HardTubes fit perfectly and no O-ring is damaged. The internal deburring is only used to remove cutting residues. The deburrer has three steel blades with sharpened edges for clean deburring. The deburrer fits perfectly in the hand thanks to its large, round shape.

Cutting PETG pipes
The Eistools Modding Cutter works like scissors and is ideal for easily cutting PETG HardTubes. However, it should be noted that acrylic HardTubes cannot be cut as they are too hard and would splinter when cut. Of course, it can also be used to cut cables and other soft components. If you want to cut angles, you can use the integrated protractor.

Bending tool and silicon inserts
A silicone insert is essential for bending hard tubes. The silicone insert prevents the tube from collapsing at the bends. The silicone insert is moistened before being inserted into the tube so that it slides better. Lubricants and too much soap should be avoided. Alcohol-like agents can attack PETG tubes. Simple angles can be easily bent with the small but practical bending tool. The tube is pushed into the bending tool, heated with a heat gun and simply bent around.

The only thing you need as a customer are the HardTubes and a hot air gun that can generate low temperatures. And then it's child's play to create a water cooling system with HardTubes.
