With the Alphacool Eisstation you get a compact expansion tank that fits in almost any case. The Eisstation is available in three versions: the DDC, D5 or DC-LT version.

The Alphacool Eisstation expansion tank is extremely compact and is available in three versions, depending on the pump you want. A D5, a DDC and a version for the DC-LT pump are available. The pumps are installed in the base of the Eisstation and are not visible from the outside. The base of the Eisstation consists of a metal plate, which increases the stability of the Eisstation.

Mounting options
It is possible to screw the ice station onto a 2.5" mount for SSD hard drives. It is also possible to mount it in a 3.5" slot. In both cases, the screw connection is made using the special decoupling screws provided. This minimizes the transmission of vibrations to the housing and makes operation much quieter overall. Another mounting option is the included Velcro fastener. One part of the Velcro fastener is simply glued to the bottom of the ice station while the other part is glued into the housing. Then the ice station only needs to be pressed onto the counterpart in the housing with the bottom. The size of the Velcro fastener ensures a secure position even during transport. The installation can be done vertically or horizontally, depending on your needs and space.

Connection options
An IN and OUT with G1/4 thread can be found on the head side with the illuminated logo. A G1/4" and a G3/8" connection are available in the lid. The G3/8" connection makes filling the ice station easier due to its larger diameter and can alternatively be used as a lighting module for 5 mm LEDs. Two additional 5 mm LED spaces can also be found in the base and illuminate the part filled with water from below.

A special highlight is the choice of material for the ice station. The lower part is covered with a high-quality soft-touch surface, which gives it an outstanding feel and appearance. The upper part and the actual expansion tank is not made of simple and easily breakable acrylic glass, but of extremely stable nylon. While normal expansion tanks made of glass or acrylic glass can tear or break even if dropped from a small height or if handled improperly, it is almost impossible to destroy the transparent container of the ice station.

Note on application
Please use only in conjunction with clear transparent water cooling fluids. The particles and additives in Pastel liquids can clog and permanently damage water cooling products such as radiators, pumps, coolers and hoses. This can result in voiding the manufacturer's warranty as well.
