Alphacool's performance thermal pad can be used to cool electronic components of all kinds where it is essential to effectively dissipate waste heat. The silicone-based Soft heat conduction pad is characterized by optimal compressibility. Due to its low hardness and a natural stickiness, the Core thermal pad adapts perfectly to surfaces, compensates for unevenness between components and thus ensures a significant improvement in heat transfer.
