The Alphacool ES quick-release couplings of the Industry Version have been specially developed for professional use in data centers, workstations, and industrial applications. They provide maximum reliability in continuous operation and allow cooling circuits to be connected or disconnected quickly, safely, and with minimal fluid loss.
Thanks to their robust design and the PushIn system, installations can be easily expanded or maintained. All couplings in this series are mutually compatible and also fit the already available sets. For a complete connection, one male and one female coupling are always required.
A key advantage of the Industry Version is its low weight. Made of high-quality nylon, the couplings are non-conductive and prevent short circuits – a crucial factor in modern server environments with high component density. The ultra-light material also makes handling and installation significantly easier.
Unlike conventional quick-release couplings, which often create high flow resistance due to narrow water passages, this series has been developed for optimized flow. This keeps resistance to a minimum while ensuring maximum cooling performance.
For maximum safety, a double-seal design is used as usual to ensure absolute leak-tightness. In addition, a locking clip prevents the coupling from accidentally opening.
This male version features a PushIn connection for TPV tubing and is designed for use in combination with a female counterpart. It enables a secure connection that remains reliable even with frequent coupling. The particularly high tensile strength is achieved through a locking ring integrated into the TPV tubing connection area. When the tubing is mounted, the locking ring grips firmly into the tubing, making accidental detachment under normal conditions impossible.

Note on application
Please use only in conjunction with clear transparent water cooling fluids. The particles and additives in Pastel liquids can clog and permanently damage water cooling products such as radiators, pumps, coolers and hoses. This can result in voiding the manufacturer's warranty as well.
