Alphacool's new check valve is suitable for a wide range of applications. For example, if two pumps are operated, it prevents the water flow from running backwards through one of them if one fails, which would then prevent any more water flow reaching the coolers. Another possible use is to make filling and venting easier if the check valve is installed directly after the pump outlet.

By using the check valve, the flow is reduced by approx. 15%
