The Alphacool ES D-Plug from the ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS series with two G1/4" male threads is designed for the easy connection of components such as GPU or CPU coolers and radiators within a water cooling loop.
Unlike conventional double nipples or adapters, the ES D-Plug is not screwed in but simply plugged in. Two closely spaced O-rings on the male side provide the necessary stability and seal. Extensive testing in the Alphacool laboratory confirms reliable sealing up to a pressure of 1.5 bar.
With the ES D-Plug, water cooling components can be connected quickly and easily. Thanks to the plug-in connection, installation and replacement are particularly simple. The 41–69 mm model offers variable length: it can be continuously extended, providing flexible length adjustment of up to 28 mm. This makes it possible to compensate for inaccuracies in system assembly, even in tight installation spaces.
This ES D-Plug is available in the 41–69 mm version and comes in an elegant Deep Black finish. The package also includes replacement O-rings in three different colors, which not only add functionality but also allow for visual accents in the system.
Application Notes
For a secure seal, both O-rings of the male component must be fully inserted into the female component. The maximum pressure of 1.5 bar can only be ensured if the plugs are used with firmly mounted components.

Note on application
Please use only in conjunction with clear transparent water cooling fluids. The particles and additives in Pastel liquids can clog and permanently damage water cooling products such as radiators, pumps, coolers and hoses. This can result in voiding the manufacturer's warranty as well.
