The Alphacool ES 42U Manifold was specifically developed for use in data centers and enables efficient and scalable distribution of coolant across numerous systems. With its robust stainless steel construction, it offers maximum reliability and durability in continuous operation.
Special attention has been given to the choice of material: Manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel alloy, the manifold provides excellent corrosion resistance and high stability even under demanding conditions. The alloy consists of approximately 18% chromium and 8% nickel, making it resistant to rust and many chemicals. This combination of robustness, versatility, and longevity makes the ES 42U Manifold especially reliable for continuous use in professional IT environments.
Thanks to the sturdy, welded L-brackets, the ES Manifold 42U can be flexibly mounted on the front or rear of a rack. The connectors, aligned at right angles to the frame, point directly into the rack’s interior, ensuring particularly clean and space-saving hose routing.
With a total of 42 connection options for OCP-standard quick-release couplings, the ES 42U Manifold meets the requirements of modern server infrastructures. A connection at the bottom is designated for the main water inlet, while a vent connection at the top allows for easy pressure equalization.
The Alphacool ES 42U Manifold therefore represents a reliable and practical solution for liquid cooling in large IT environments.

Note on application
Please use only in conjunction with clear transparent water cooling fluids. The particles and additives in Pastel liquids can clog and permanently damage water cooling products such as radiators, pumps, coolers and hoses. This can result in voiding the manufacturer's warranty as well.
