If you are looking to send us a product for refund or replacement, you have come to the right place. You can find out how to return a product to us below.
1. Please send us the item suitably packaged and as outlined by the shipping service provider. As a rule of thumb, the package should be able to withstand a fall of at least 1.5m. Alphacool International GmbH is not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging.

If you are sending items from Non-EU Countries do not forget to attach all necessary custom documents. Alphacool doesn´t cover any cost which are caused by missing custom documents. (Please note that we do not refund shipping costs.)
3. Important! Please complete the "Additional Information" slip (address, invoice data & reason for return) and enclose the form and a copy of the invoice with the package! Please note that the enclosure of the additional information is required so that your return can be correctly assigned for the further processing process.
